备考雅思的考鸭们都知道,雅思阅读总时间为60分钟,要完成三篇文章,即40道小题。并且没有额外时间去修改答案。想要在雅思阅读考试中取得高分,就需要提前安排好雅思阅读考试时间,我猜大部分考鸭们都会遇到阅读时间不足的问题。跟随广州新航道小编一起来看以下内容,帮助你合理的安排雅思阅读时间。

首先我们要找出问题的根源,为什么出现时间不够的情况,小编认为有以下三种情况:
1.先读文章,再做题,时间不够
通读全文,逐字逐句翻译?这样费时间的方法在考试里肯定不允许了;因阅读时间有限,每次做题前应先把每个段落的主题句(绝大部分是段落首句)透彻读懂,搞定每个段落的核心内容,再去读题。这样的话,其实读题之前并不需要读完文章中的每个字,而只是读完所有主题句即可。因为每个段落的细节句基本上都是在围绕主题做重复论述而已。所以,读懂各段的主题句后,已经足够在读题的时候根据问题内容和段落主题的相关性完成答题或者定位过程了。这样,时间就省下来了。
影响雅思阅读时间的因素
2.先读题,再看文章,时间不够
每篇文章13-14个问题,最麻烦的是出题顺序也不一定就是行文顺序,而且在完全不了解文章内容的情况下,就去贸然读题,靠直觉选所谓关键字用来定位,最终做的还是在原文中逐行的扫读,那就又回到了之前的全文阅读的状态。而且因为乱序题的存在,甚至还会花更长的时间去做大量的重复阅读。
当然,这种方法对于基础,读句子的速度和准确度很好的人来说,自然不是问题。不过对于语言基础略差的人来说,方法正确便能够很快做完,可是非要逐行精读,那恐怕就会时间不够了。
3. 英语基础薄弱,题目做不完
其实以上两种方法都只是停留在“应试技巧”层面,但是只靠技巧而没有扎实的英语实力,肯定是不够的。事实上,雅思还是考我们的英文能力和阅读技巧。对于使用任何技巧都会时间不够的人来讲,其根本的原因还是英语能力本身出了问题:一个句子别人扫一遍已经读懂,你却有很多生词?或者,没有什么生词但是扫完之后脑子里的理解却是空荡荡的,而不得不重新阅读?这才是时间不够的最根本原因。
因此,如果是英语水平本身出了问题,需要系统的学习方法。把之前做过的文章,拿出来通篇精读,把其中每一个不认识的单词查出来,把每个看不懂的句子都搞定,这样做的目的就是去提高你的英语水平,做这件事的时候就不要总是想着答题了。相信坚持下去,考鸭们雅思阅读能力就会有很大的提升。
